Email Responses - CCing in ALT emails easily

Is there an easy way to do this ?


Hi everyone

As a university, most of our customers (students) have at least 2 emails on their contact. The primary contact is usually their University provided student email and their ALT1 email is usually their personal email which they have provided us.


When you add a response back to the customer, you can select which email to send to, but it's not easy to include the other email as a CC. You can't even copy the other email from the drop down and paste into the CC field. You have to open the contact, then go down to their emails and copy the other email address.
