"Date Closed" field detail on Incident Workspace


There is "Date Closed" field in the incidents table which is populated. In the data dictionary it says “the date an incident is solved” but what is this; the date resolved or is there a time lag e.g. resolved and not opened for X hours? Does this then clear if an incident is reopened and is resolved survey pending not considered resolved?
