Multiple Scrolls Bars in the BUI

Lots of scroll bars on different control element in the BUI is a poor user experience.

Hi,

We are looking at transferring all our agents to the BUI and are testing our workspaces and worflows in the BUI.

A major concern for us at the moment is that all the workspaces adjust themselves to fit within the exact size of the users screen rather than having some sort of page length. This means multiple elements/controls within the workspace end up with scroll bars instead of there being one scroll bar. From a UI perspective this can create some pretty poor experiences where the user has to manipulate multiple scroll bars to be able to view the info. they are looking for.
