Hello,

I'm trying to send a note when I select the specific field that activates a rule business.

I select these fields so the e-mail registered to receive the note, but all the time that I active this rule, the contact also receive a new e-mail.

Exist some way I can send these notes and the final contact (that created an Incident) not receive the information?
