After confirming that all 3 Oracle environments are on the correct CP version (Prod, TST1, TST2) and the configurations are set in the console correctly, I am still not able to "see" what the "customer" is typing when testing this out. I am only able to see that the customer is typing, not the specifics.

I opened a couple of SR's in the past 60 days but they all refer me back to the KB article, https://cx.rightnow.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/9045, and I have already taken those steps.
