How to give a specific FSM task access to user. In the Setup and Maintenance>

Need to get Setup: Manufacturing and Supply Chain Materials Management and within that need to get Manage Item Transaction Defaults".

Need to create a role and give to business user who should be able to perform this task but no task other than this. We have created a role with Privileges Setup and Maintain Applications, Review Setups Functional User Overview and Manage Item Transaction Defaults. When accessing the Setup and Maintenance only blank page is opening. What privilegss and accessneeds to be given to the user with this custom role to be able to access Setup and Maintenance> Setup: Manufacturing and Supply Chain Materials Management > Manage Item Transaction Defaults
