One of the common request that I am faced with clients is the need to automate position management for integration between Oracle Human Capital Planning and Oracle HCM.

Are there any success stories or best practices if anyone has attempted to interface the newly approved positions from Oracle Human Capital Planning to Oracle Human Capital Management? 

I would appreciate any input or feedback.
