Custom Fields Not Visible on Workspace For a Specific Profile

Hi,
We have two profiles - identical in pretty much every way I can see, however, one can't see contact custom fields on a workspace. We disabled all rules on workspace and no change.
Please can anyone advise what steps to take to solve this issue before we raise a SR please.
They're not hidden based on profile, the profile has administrative access ticked in their profile... it doesn't make sense
