Anyone can help me on how to edit the labels?

As per the following link, am I correct thinking I need to change the code in the chat_landing.php?

At the moment we have:   <rn:widget path="chat/ChatQueueWaitTime" type="all" />

Would this be the correct format then?

<rn:widget path="chat/ChatQueueWaitTime" label_average_wait_time="New Wait time message here"/>

And if so, how do I add multiple custom labels here?
