I'm using the out of the box Multiline report widget to display Answers on the customer portal. I've noticed that Answers from our database that have a Category set, but no Product, are not listed on the CP. I read through the widget's documentation and don't see an attribute I can set to make these Answers appear. I've double checked our Product/Category configuration in the Agent console and end-user visibility is set correctly and Product-Category Linking is off. Is there a way to list answers with only categories set on the Customer Portal?
