MultiLine Widget Breaks After Login

After login MultiLine widget seems to ignore static_filter widget attribute only while using custom report

Hey All,

I've noticed some weird behavior while using the Multiline widget. We have an FAQ page that uses ROQL to gather all of the IDs of our FAQ category's sub-categories, then for each of those sub-categories we are using the multiLine widget to list the Answers associated to each sub-category by passing in the sub-category ID into the widget's static_filter attribute (see code snippet below). 

Our issue is that the code below works fine when you're not logged in. Once you log in however, the widget seems to ignore the static_filter and shows every Answer regardless of it's category. We are using a custom report, so I tried to make a copy of report 176 (the default report used by the widget) and
