Is flash supported for incoming chat messages for agent browser in BUI

Hi All,

While working on BUI, we are trying to get flash on minimized agent browser icon in the task bar when end user posted new message on chat.

Is this feature supported? if yes how can we achieve this in BUI, any suggestions will be appreciated.
