can we add custom fields or Product/Category to chat inlay?Content
Hi,
We are new to chat inlay and looking to customise chat inlay.
Can we add Category/Product or custom fileds to existing chat inlay?
Basically want to know what are the other fields we can add to the inlay except the currently visible fields first name, last name, email and subject.
Can any one throw some light into this.
