How to stop Auto close incident


Hi Team,

I want to know, how can i stop the auto closing Incidents. My System auto close the incident in 48 hourse if the contact not responding to that incident. An email is triggered to the contact that your work order is now closed because you respond it in 48 hours.

Please help, how can i disabled this.
