Monthwise Report of Custom Object

Hi Team,

          We have a business case, Need to show list of records respective to the month.

we are gathering data in custom object(Let's keep as employee records) ,

while opening same custom object report, our expectations are to display the list of records based upon the current month (eg. List of persons celebrate their birthday or anniversary).

We tried through report filter or level wise options couldn't get the correct method.

Kindly share us some inputs for this report.
