This is a piece of information that should help clarify questions we have been fielding about why the order of the lines passed through our Purchase Requisitions Web Service is not aligned to the order in which the lines are created and visible in the application.

The requisition line number is not assigned in any particular order. There's no guarantee that the ordering of the lines in the payload is maintained. This has been the case since the first release, not a recent change.
