Report/Logs On Signature Error Message Template
This should hopefully be a quick question and answer.
Is it possible to show details of interactions via Message Templates? Specifically the Security > Signature Error - Incident Not Created template? I can't find a specific table for this in the reporting.
We have someone complaining that we are not dealing with their emails. Looking in the inbox I can see the message is encrypted but we've never received a digital certificate from this contact. In this case we configured this message template to send with instructions on how to sign an email.
I want to be able to go back to the customer confirming that our system notified them of the specific issue and they need to resolve it on their end.
