SummaryClean way to report in Incidents that were sent a survey
We are getting ready to launch surveys and we want to have a clean way to look at all incidents created and clearly see if a survey was sent. We want to validate the right incidents are getting picked up.
I am able to tell when the incident is in-queue for mailings, but once its sent, I can't find any data source that tracks it. Once the survey is taken, that's very easy to figure out.
