Availability of Rest APIs for Chat in OSvC console


Hi Team,

We have a requirement where the business wants to integrate the OSvC chat functionality. Detailed requirement:

In our portal, they want to have options for agents to make themselves available/unavailable, accept/reject chat requests, as it happens in OSvC console, rest of the things like advanced routing, chat assignment should happen via OSvC. So, for exanple when agent logs in to our portal, they mark themselves available from our portal, it should call OSvC Rest API, where it will mark the agent Available on OSvC and in case any chat request comes and matches with the skills of available agent, it will send us response via Osvc that this Agent can take up the chat as their skills
