Hi All,

We have a requirement that  'add incident' and  'add contact' buttons should be visible in the ribbon when user are just logged in and nothing is opened. In the default view in the Home ribbon when no Report/RSR/Dashboard is opened, all profiles should have Add new Incident and Add new Contact icons. I have attached the screenshot of this requirement.
