We have a customer who enabled KA on top of KF in an existing site.

We have enabled OOTB OKCS widgets but unable to pull data and get below error. 

Widget Error: standard/okcs/AnswerList - HTTP 500: API Unavailable - https://<CustomerName>-irs.custhelp.com/km/api/v1/content?q=filterMode.contentState+eq+"PUBLISHED"&orderBy=mostRecent&offset=0&limit=10

Any suggestions..
