Access Denied when sending an email.

Some of our agents are randomly getting the Access Denied error when trying to send an email.



Did anyone encounter this issue? The agents are able to login (so should not be an IP restriction) and the error does not even come every time. What we can see, that these agents are all in one location, other locations do not have this issue. However, all agents have the same permissions, the agents in the said location even are using the same profile as agents in other locations, where the issue does not exist. All agents are on the same interface and OSvC version, all using the console. Error comes when they tick Send on Save and click
