Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA)
Summarydoes anyone integrate with OSvC?
Our company has decided to integrate Oracle Digital Assistant into our platform of customer service tools. Wondering if anyone here uses ODA and integrates it with OSvC for data dips or chat use cases. My understanding is that ODA can "act" as a chat agent within OSvC and/or pull responses via the Knowledge Base.
