Hello, I am trying to setup a rule that will not create an incident based on certain conditions.  I have activated the rule but it still creates the incident when the conditions are met.  Does anyone have any ideas as to why it may not trigger "Do Not Create Incident"?  Logs look fine.  I even replaced the “Do Not Create Incident” with a rule to assign it to a queue and the rule ran fine and assigned it to the proper queue.    Screenshot of rule is attached.
