Track Data Movement

How does the system track data being moved in and out of OSvC by APIs?

Hello,

We are starting to use APIs to push and pull data from OSvC. We also have Oracle Integration Cloud and will be using that to manage API handshakes and orchestrations from one data system to others.  I would like to know if the system tracks which records an API call created or pulled out of OSvC and when.  That way when the API comes back for more we know which records are new or updated and can ignore the records that were already pulled.
