Content

We need to create questionnaire and request some answers, we are looking for form like feature where users can enter answers to pre-configured questions. Attachment is work around we can use but we want this data to reflect in Project review and notifications.

Business Need: Project initiated with Project purpose and other information, reviewers will approve or reject based on justifications provided. All these updates needs to be part of project record.

Any ideas?
