MOS: Empty Favourite Bugs

Hi,

I have no idea where to post this.
I can not open an SR, because this is not regarding the application but regarding the My Oracle Support.
On MOS, there isn't any help page or contact page for MOS itself.

See in the screenshot below, I have old bugs marked as favourites, but they seem to be empty now. Clicking the bug link, it directs you at the page saying that this bug cannot be found/is not public/... So clearly either the bug was deleted or put offline or whatever.

If I click to unmark it as favourite, it does so directly. It is removed from the list.
