Hi there,

I can't find any documentation on how to update an existing Incident (by ID) 

I am looking to run the PHP custom script via the FILE MANAGER in the Agent Console.

I can only find docs for SELECT ,CREATE or DELETE... but i need to UPDATE an Incident

Any hint / suggestion on the matter is welcome
