Using Bootstrap Affix

Hi,

Has anyone had success in implementing https://getbootstrap.com/docs/3.4/javascript/#affix

I even as far as copying/pasting the code from https://www.tutorialrepublic.com/codelab.php?topic=bootstrap-3&file=enable-affix-via-data-attribute and saving it and it still doesn't work!

I save the exact same file locally and run it off my machine and it's fine!!!!!!!!

Any ideas?
