Hi OM Community,

We have been trying to get DOO to use an external web service.

Up to a point in time, we were able to post the request to reach an external web service.

We managed to capture in the web server log that the processFulfillmentRequestSync operation of the SOAP web service that we hosted was called. Doc ID 2579292.1 

All is fine until recently the instance was refreshed and we lost the config (no FSM backup done in time).

Our Consultant, despite trying his utmost best to rebuild the same custom orchestration, is not able to re-produce this call to processFulfillmentRequestSync operation anymore.
