Good morning, 

We're attempting to add a common response (standard text) to about 100 incidents.  We've noticed that pasting the content removes the hyperlinks.  Is there a way to adjust this so that hyperlinks show up?  

For background, we've also tried creating the content as an answer and adding from the KB.  The "add as text" option does include links, but they are separate from the hyperlinked text.  The "add as link" option doesn't seem to work.
