Do emergency contacts have an email and phone number included?



We realise many of you are incredibly busy responding to the current COVID-19 pandemic. We hope we can help with this series of report posts, each of which will provide relevant content designed to save you time. These reports are also available on Report Sharing Center.

Many organisations are trying to monitor their employee’s emergency contact details and ensure they are available to be used. This report provides a summary of the emergency contacts in the system, in particular whether each contact has an email and phone associated with it. The report clearly identifies those contacts with no email or phone number which will help HR focus on those as a priority.
