Summary

The "Right hand pane" / knowledge window is closed by default when opening a service request window. Seeking to make this window open by default.

The "Right hand pane" / knowledge window is closed by default when opening a service request window.  Seeking to make this window open by default.

 

Is there an option to do this?  I've been unable to find anything related in the setup documentation, or customer connect forum.
