We have requirement that one of the Task performer (which is last task in checklist) wants to review the report with all other task performers input to DFFs and Comments

We have requirement that one of the Task performer (which is last task in checklist)  wants to review the report with all other task performers input to DFFs ( configurable form task type) and Comments entered by them in their respective tasks.

we reviewed Oracle doc but they have not given any working example on how to use Task type "Report" and how to configure a BI report and pass parameter, how would Person Number of employee allocated with checklist will be passed as parameter.
