Is it possible to filter the list of email addresses that are displayed when forwarding an incident? For example, we would like to hide individual members of distribution lists and display just the distribution list itself. We would also like to hide admins from this list so that agents don't mistakenly forward an incident to an administrator. It seems like there is just a report that is being used to display the list of email address. Is it possible to set filters on this report or define our own custom report to be used in it's place?
