Get Chat Plain Text / HTML Info from Workspace Add-In

From within a Desktop/.NET Workspace Add-In for Chats, I would like to find out whether the workspace is configured to always send plaintext, always send HTML, or gives the agent a per-message option. If the latter, I would like get the current value of that option.

The exact text of the options as they appear in Design -> Options -> Response Options is shown in the attached info and included below for searching:

• Allow Encoding Choice - Shows a "Render as HTML" checkbox in the workspace, giving per-message option to Render as HTML or Plain Text.
• Always Leave as Plain Text
