BI Publisher for word stops opening the properties for the tags

Hi All,

           We are using BI publisher RTF template. Now I have BI publisher for word installed. But after firs 5 mins the BI publisher tags do not open properties window at all. I dont know if this is a bug or something. But things dont work at all. I am attaching the screenshot of the section I am talking about. Please let me know how to get this working. So our own configured tags in the RTF template dont open at all.
