We found 2 options

Option 1:

Single Sign on Configuration in the Oracle Service Cloud - Agent Dektop itself

Option 2:

SSO configuration in the Myservice Portal

Will there be any technical difference / advantage to be considered while configuring..

Whats the limitation / advantage of configuring in Myservice Portal
