Chat Inlays - custom events for inlay open and start chat options

Hi,

We are looking to capture statstics of how many times inlay opened and how many started chat using inlay.

For this we need to write custom logic on inlay opened and start chat actions but as inlays loading in iframe we are not able to use javascript events.

So that any custom events available to capture these events and to perform our logic? As of now we can see both below events available but not much of use.
