Sorting order of the Incidents

What is the sorting order of Incidents list show to the EHS ManagerContent
What is the sorting order of the Incidents which the users with the seeded EHS Manager role can see ( My Client Groups >> Incidents)?
It does not seem to be alphabetical ( based on Incident summary) OR based on Incident Number OR time when the Incident is logged.
Current documentation does not provide information on this.
Is there a way to set the sorting order ?
Since EHS Managers are not notified when new Incident is logged, having the sorting order to show most recent incidents at top will be useful.
