Action required and completed checkboxes
SummaryWhat behavior does the Action Required Checkbox drive
1- The Incident / Event / Investigation/Action Owner sections ( and other sections ) have a Check Box - "Action Required".
What functionality does this Checkbox drive. Is it used in conjunction with the Target Dates to determine if an Investigation/Action etc is Overdue ( as indicated on the landing page Incident List) ?
2 - Is is correct that there are NO alerts sent to the Incident Owner when any of the performers ( Investigation / Action Owners/ Approvers /Reviewers) update their sections of Investigation / Actions by clicking the "Completed" checkbox in respective sections? The list of HNS Alerts doesn't seem to have this type of Alert.
