How to change my username in Cloud Customer Connect?
SummaryI can't update my new email in Cloud Customer Connect
I have a new email in my company and I need to update it in My Oracle Support. I couldn't do with no issues, however I lost my access in my Cloud Customer Connect site. The reason is because somehow my email is being used as key for connecting. Then, I have to switch my log in back to my old one (current one here in Cloud Customer Connect) to be able to login and post this question.
