Hi, 

At one of our customers we're actively introducing the BUI as the main Agent Desktop for Oracle Service Cloud. There is a SSO implementation already in place for the .NET agent desktop but now we'd like to do the same thing for the BUI. At this point we're unable to get it sorted. We have used the Oracle documentation, that dictates that you have to change the RelayState of the call to the /AgentWeb endpoint but we still get the .NET Console installation screen. We have tried several other endpoint urls in combination with the RelayState but we haven't been
