Please help in getting details on the DR strategy (same region + across region) for Oracle API and Integration platform cloud. We have a specific requirement of RTO of 24 hrs., and RPO of 1 hr.
 
Are DR environments for Paas services (API platform) manged by customer or Oracle?
How much time is taken in switching from primary site to DR site?
