Hi Team,

 

Can someone  provide me more information on dormant feature in service cloud?

I have gone through the documentation and found that it will set the flag to yes, for dormant incidents but i have a query like on what bases it will set the field to yes, what time and date setting will it consider . for example in Archiving we have an option to provide the time period after which the incident should be archived,does this feature also have similar functionality? if yes, what is the field that it will consider ?
