Our users want to assign new incidents to answer-owner, but we can't attach answer-owner to incident.

Hi there,

We use the OKA-incidentprocess to let our users submit incidents on articles they deem incorrect. So we use the incident-form as a feedbackform.
We created some custom fields in our incidents. For example we add the AnswerID and AnswerTitle to the incident on submit. For this we use ...Utils\Url getparameter...
We submit the value from these parameterrequests in a custom field in the incident.
Our users submitted a new request to also add Answer-owener to the incident. This makes it easy to assign the incident to the correct employee.
