Unable to populate fields of a custom object on Incident Workspace

Fields are visible but the value shows as N/A and they are readonly

Hi,

Created a custom object with realtion to incident object. Wnated to show the fields of that object in the Incident type agent script. Fields are available while inserting but when we use that scripts in ws or preview the field's value is N/A and read only.
