Opportunity Approval Flow

Wish you are in a good health, I wanted to ask for a solution to the below scenario:

- Since we don`t have an explicit approval flow in RightNow, I have an opportunity and I want to take an action on it [e.g. want to change the status to be 'Active' instead of the status 'lead'].

The requirement here is that we want to inform the (In-charge person / Approver) that there`s a created opportunity that needs to be approved.

We want him to take the action without signing in to RightNow in the .NET console or even the BUI.
