Hello:  Recently, Myoraclesupport.com has been logging off after 15/20 minutes of inactivity; this has not happened in the past.  Can anyone suggest why this has started happening, and what can be done to eliminate it from happening?  There are sometimes 3 or 4 additional windows open in the same Firefox browser.  Tks!
