is it possible to use/edit custom object field in incident workspace

Hi All,

we are running out of custom field because of many forms created, so i decided to create custom object and move all fields into there, but now the problem is i can not add those fields in incident workspace, it comes with read only mode. is there any way i can use those fields in incident workspace and when agent create new incidents they can fill those fields without going object type workspace.

please advise.
